Terms of service — Studio

Last updated: 29 July 2026

These terms of service apply to the use of Studio, the platform of Junnect. Please read them before you use the platform.

Studio is a closed business platform. It is not available to the general public and cannot be purchased separately.

1. Definitions and who we are

In these terms:

  • "Junnect" means the online marketing agency that operates Studio and is the provider of the platform. You can reach us at [email protected].
  • "Studio" means the platform at studio.junnect.nl, including all its modules — social-media planning, approval and publishing, the client approval portal, SEO content tooling and Link in Bio.
  • "Client" means the organisation that has entered into a services agreement with Junnect.
  • "User" means anyone who signs in to Studio: a Junnect employee or an authorised contact of a client.
  • "Services agreement" means the agreement between Junnect and the client under which we carry out our services.

2. Scope

Access to Studio is granted only to Junnect employees and to client contacts who have been authorised under a services agreement. There is no self-service registration and no public sign-up.

These terms govern the use of the platform. The services agreement governs the services themselves, including scope, pricing and duration. Where these terms and the services agreement conflict, the services agreement prevails.

3. Accounts and access

Junnect employees sign in through the single sign-on of our organisation's Microsoft account. Client contacts sign in to the approval portal with a one-time code sent to their e-mail address.

  • keep your sign-in details and one-time codes confidential and do not share them with anyone
  • an account is personal; do not let anyone else use your account and do not use someone else's
  • tell us as soon as possible if you suspect that someone else has access to your account
  • we may revoke access when a user leaves the client's organisation or no longer needs access

4. Acceptable use

You use Studio lawfully and carefully. In particular, you agree not to:

  • upload, publish or distribute content that is unlawful, misleading, discriminatory or infringes the rights of others, including copyright and portrait rights
  • use the platform to harass, threaten or spam others
  • attempt to gain access to data, accounts or parts of the platform that are not intended for you
  • test, circumvent or disrupt the security of the platform, or place any excessive load on it
  • copy, decompile or reverse-engineer the platform or make it available to third parties
  • ignore the terms and policies of a connected social-media platform; when you publish through Studio, the rules of the platform you publish to also apply

5. Content and intellectual property

The client retains all rights to the content, media and brand materials it provides or has produced through Studio. By using the platform, the client grants Junnect the right to host, store, process and publish that content to the channels the client has authorised, for as long as this is necessary to deliver the services.

The platform itself — the software, its design, structure and documentation — remains the property of Junnect or its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers any rights in the platform.

You are responsible for making sure you hold the necessary rights to the material you upload, including material licensed through third-party stock or design services.

6. AI-assisted drafting

Parts of Studio use artificial intelligence to help draft or improve content, such as text suggestions for posts, website pages or brand descriptions. AI output is always a proposal: it is reviewed and approved by a person before anything is published.

AI-generated text may contain errors. Junnect does not warrant that AI-assisted output is accurate or complete, and the final responsibility for what is published rests with the person who approves it.

7. Availability and changes to the platform

We make reasonable efforts to keep Studio available and to publish scheduled content on time. We may take the platform offline for maintenance, preferably outside office hours, and we may be dependent on third parties such as hosting providers and the social-media platforms themselves.

We do not warrant uninterrupted availability and give no uptime guarantee unless expressly agreed in the services agreement. Features may be added, changed or withdrawn as the platform develops; we will not remove features that are essential to the agreed services without notice.

8. Liability

Junnect's liability is limited to what is permitted under mandatory Dutch law and to what is agreed in the services agreement.

  • we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, including lost profit, lost turnover, lost data or reputational damage
  • we are not liable for damage caused by an outage, change or decision of a connected social-media platform or another third party
  • we are not liable for content supplied or approved by the client, or for the consequences of publishing it
  • these limitations do not apply in the event of intent or deliberate recklessness on the part of Junnect or its management, or where mandatory law does not allow them

9. Privacy

How we handle personal data within Studio is described in our privacy statement. Where we process personal data on behalf of a client, a processing agreement applies in addition to these terms.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or withdraw access to Studio if a user acts in breach of these terms, if there is a security risk, or if we are required to do so by law. Where circumstances allow, we will notify the client first.

Access ends when the services agreement ends. After that, we disconnect the connected accounts and handle the remaining data as described in our privacy statement.

11. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms, for example when the platform changes or when legislation requires it. We publish the current version on this page, with the date on which it was last updated, and we announce material changes through the platform or by e-mail.

Continuing to use Studio after a change means the amended terms apply.

12. Governing law and disputes

Dutch law applies to these terms and to the use of Studio. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law designates another court.
